As a Chat Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out with questions and concerns. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers through live chat, email, and direct messaging, providing helpful and timely responses. Strong written communication skills are essential for this position. We provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed, and positions are available to begin immediately. You have the flexibility to create your own schedule, with a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week.
What you will be doing: You'll respond to incoming customer inquiries through live chat channels on various websites and social media platforms. These conversations might involve troubleshooting issues for current customers or addressing product questions from prospective buyers interested in learning more.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: A working device to access chat platforms and social media messaging, whether that's a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Capacity to work autonomously without constant supervision. Ability to follow detailed guidelines and written procedures accurately. At least 10 hours of availability each week. A stable, dependable internet connection.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.
