WobChat is a curated remote work board connecting job seekers with work-from-home opportunities, primarily in the United States. Job listings on WobChat are sourced from third-party employers and affiliate partners. WobChat does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or ongoing availability of any individual listing.
Job postings on WobChat are created and maintained by third-party employers. WobChat exercises no control over the content, terms, or conditions attached to individual job offers. By applying for any listing found on WobChat, you accept that the employer's own terms apply. WobChat may remove any listing at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
You agree to use WobChat lawfully and responsibly. You must not submit false information, attempt to circumvent WobChat security, or misuse any part of the platform. WobChat reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate access for any violation of these terms.
All content on WobChat — including design, copy, and code — is the property of WobChat and may not be reproduced without express written permission. Content you submit to WobChat remains your property, but you grant WobChat a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute it on the platform.
WobChat makes no guarantees regarding income, employment outcomes, or the accuracy of job listings. Use of WobChat is entirely at your own risk. WobChat shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any job listing found on WobChat.
WobChat does not guarantee any earnings. Pay rates shown on WobChat listings (e.g., up to $35/hr) reflect figures advertised by third-party employers and are not a promise of income from WobChat.
Your use of WobChat is also governed by the WobChat Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
WobChat may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of WobChat after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
