Work at Home Live Chat Customer Support - Beginner Level / No Experience

We're hiring a Customer Support Chat Agent to join our growing support team. In this role, you'll deliver outstanding service to customers through live chat, email, and other messaging platforms while building strong relationships with the people you help.

Your day-to-day work will focus on handling incoming customer inquiries and reaching out proactively to ensure clients feel valued and supported. You'll need strong written and verbal communication abilities, a professional approach, and genuine interest in helping customers succeed.

What you will be doing: You'll spend your time responding to live chat conversations by answering common customer questions about pricing, return procedures, promotional offers, and more. Don't worry if you haven't done this before, complete training is included and you'll be ready to go in less than a day.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $30 an hour

Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer for accessing chat platforms and websites. Ability to work without supervision. Comfort following detailed instructions carefully. Minimum 10 hours per week availability. Stable internet connection required.

Hours per week: 10 - 40 hours a week

Location: Remote work online, United States preferred.
