This position involves managing customer conversations through live chat channels across websites and social platforms. You'll tackle customer questions, supply relevant product details, assist with purchasing decisions, and deliver responsive support throughout the buying journey.
You'll also manage customer grievances and determine when escalation to other teams is warranted. Strong written communication skills, the ability to juggle multiple conversations, and solid time management will set you up for success in this role.
What you will be doing: Every day, you'll engage with customers by responding to their live chat messages on company websites and social channels. Your tasks include answering product questions, sharing relevant links, and letting customers know about available promotions and special offers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $25 to $35 per hour

You need access to a device that can handle website chat and social media messaging, like a laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
Work with minimal supervision and direction.
Follow detailed guidelines and procedures without deviation.
Maintain at least 10 hours weekly availability.
Have a dependable, high-speed internet connection.
