What you will be doing: In this role, you'll manage incoming chat messages, respond to customer inquiries, share relevant resources and links, and communicate available promotions or special offers. Your primary focus will be delivering prompt, helpful responses that resolve customer needs efficiently.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with reliable internet access. Strong ability to work without constant supervision and attention to detail when following guidelines are essential. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability required. Stable internet connection is non-negotiable.
