Virtual Live Chat Agent (Fully Remote, No Experience)

Are you someone who genuinely enjoys helping others? We're seeking a dedicated virtual support specialist to handle customer inquiries and provide solutions through chat and ticket systems.
You'll need strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comprehensive training and detailed documentation will be provided to set you up for success.
Currently, we're focused on building out weekend and evening coverage.

Contract length: Ongoing, no set endpoint

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Access to a suitable device for chat support and social media functions, whether smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Comfortable managing your own workflow and time.
Strong attention to detail when executing established protocols.
Minimum availability of 20+ hours weekly.
Stable, dependable internet access.

Hours per week: 20 - 40 hours a week

Location: Work from anywhere online, based in the United States preferred.
