Virtual Chat Coordinator - Entry Level (No Experience Required)

What you will be doing: You'll respond to customer messages through live chat on websites and social platforms. Your responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, sharing product links, and communicating special offers to visitors.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Access to a device that supports website chat and social media messaging features, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Ability to work without direct supervision. Capacity to follow detailed instructions closely. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability. Stable internet connection required.

Hours per week: 5 - 40 hours a week

Location: Fully remote position, United States preferred.
