Virtual Call Center Agent - No Calling

What you will be doing: In this role, you'll provide support through live chat platforms on websites and social media channels. Your day-to-day tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, sharing relevant product links, and helping customers take advantage of available promotions.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You'll need access to a device that can handle social media and chat interfaces, whether that's a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Self-motivation and the ability to work without constant supervision are essential. You must be comfortable following detailed instructions precisely. A minimum of 5+ hours per week availability and dependable internet connection are required.

Hours per week: 5 - 40 hours a week

Location: Remote work from home, United States preferred.
