What you will be doing: In this role, you'll respond to live chat inquiries across web platforms and social media channels. Your daily tasks include answering user questions, sharing relevant product information, and communicating special offers to interested customers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer to access chat systems and social platforms. Strong ability to work autonomously and follow detailed guidelines is essential. Minimum availability of 5+ hours weekly required. You must maintain a stable, dependable internet connection.
Hours per week: 5 - 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
