Social Media Virtual Assistant - Work from Anywhere

In this position, you'll be the front line of customer engagement, managing incoming requests through email and live chat channels. Your role is to deliver courteous and professional responses to every customer interaction, helping resolve their questions and concerns.

What you will be doing: You'll start with an onboarding period to learn the ins and outs of the role and become familiar with the business operations. Your day-to-day work involves signing into the live chat platform to answer customer inquiries spanning both support questions and sales-related topics. A comprehensive knowledge base will be at your fingertips containing solutions to frequently asked questions, and you'll have dedicated support available whenever you need guidance.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or laptop to access social media platforms and web-based chat tools. Work independently with confidence and precision while adhering to established procedures. You must have 8 hours available daily and maintain a stable, high-speed internet connection.

Hours per day: 8 hours per day
