Remote Support Representative / Call Center (Entry Level / No Experience)

What you will be doing: Customers will reach out through live chat when they need help with questions about discounts, refunds, or other policies. You'll respond using a comprehensive FAQ document and can escalate questions to your supervisor whenever you need guidance. It's straightforward support work with all the tools you need to succeed.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Access to a device that can handle web-based chat and social media platforms, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Comfortable working with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail when following established procedures. At least 20 hours per week available. Stable, reliable internet connection required.

Hours per week: 20 to 40 hours per week

Location: Remote, online position, United States preferred.
