Remote Social Media Support - Facebook (Fully Remote)

We're expanding our support team and looking for Facebook Chat Assistants to help online retailers connect with customers through Direct Messages. Work entirely from home in any location across the United States.

In this role, you'll manage incoming chat messages from customers on Facebook and related platforms. Your day-to-day work includes answering product questions, sharing relevant information about items for sale, and responding to purchase inquiries in real-time. Strong written communication is essential since you'll be the voice of the business through text-based conversations.

Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing support will prepare you to deliver excellent customer service from day one. All work happens remotely using standard messaging platforms like Facebook Messenger. You'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere with an internet connection.

As a chat support specialist, your primary responsibility is responding promptly to customer messages. This includes addressing concerns, sending product links when appropriate, and communicating promotional offers to interested shoppers.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You'll need a working laptop, phone, or tablet along with a stable internet connection. Proficiency in basic written English is necessary for this position.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level opportunity with full training provided. Previous experience with live chat support is not required to apply or succeed in this role.
