We're looking for a Chat Support Specialist who can deliver exceptional customer service through live chat and email. Your main focus will be responding quickly and professionally to customer inquiries while building positive relationships that keep people coming back.
In this role, you'll manage incoming customer messages, answer questions about products and services, provide helpful resources, and work toward resolving concerns efficiently. Your goal is to ensure every customer interaction leaves them satisfied and confident in the support they received.
What you will be doing: You'll respond to live chat messages coming through websites and social media platforms. This involves answering customer questions, sharing relevant product links, and helping customers find great deals or promotions that match their needs.
Contract length: Ongoing, no set end date
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Access to a reliable device like a smartphone, tablet, or computer for chat and social media access. You'll work independently and need to follow instructions carefully and consistently. A minimum of 5 hours per week availability is required, plus a stable internet connection you can count on.
Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly, flexible scheduling
Location: Remote, work from anywhere online, United States based preferred.
