Remote Inbound Customer Service Agent

We're seeking a dedicated customer service professional to deliver exceptional support across multiple channels. You'll handle incoming inquiries with professionalism, maintain thorough records of all interactions, and uphold high standards of customer care while following company guidelines.

What you will be doing: Working as a live chat specialist, you'll engage with customers through website chat platforms and social media messaging. Your responsibilities will include responding to questions, sharing product information, and communicating available promotions to clients.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Access to a device that supports web browsers and messaging platforms (smartphone, tablet, or computer). Capacity to manage tasks independently. Strong attention to detail when executing procedures and guidelines. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability. Stable high-speed internet connection required.

Hours per week: 5 - 40 hours a week

Location: Remote position, fully online (United States preferred).
