Remote Entry Level Chat Support - No Experience

Looking for friendly people to help customers through live chat conversations. Multiple clients manage extensive digital product catalogs and require ongoing support for their chat channels. Work from any location worldwide as long as you're dependable and trustworthy. This position is entirely text-based, so there are no video calls or phone conversations required. You'll respond to customer inquiries through platforms like Facebook Messenger and website chat widgets. The role is completely online, giving you the flexibility to work from wherever you choose. As a live chat support specialist, your responsibilities will include responding promptly to customer messages, answering product questions, sharing relevant links, and helping customers understand available promotions.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: A computer, smartphone, or tablet with consistent high-speed internet access is essential. You'll also need to demonstrate competent written English communication skills.
