Remote Customer Care Associate - Immediate Start (Entry Level / No Prior Experience Required)

Looking to start working immediately in customer support? We're looking for motivated individuals to join our entry-level remote customer care team. Companies across the web are expanding their customer support operations through live chat channels, and they need reliable people to handle customer conversations and drive engagement.

This is a completely remote position, which means you'll work from home on your own schedule. You'll receive full training before you start, so no previous experience is necessary. We'll equip you with everything you need to succeed in this role.

Your main responsibility will be responding to customer inquiries through live chat. This includes answering questions, sharing product information, providing special offers, and helping customers make purchasing decisions.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You'll need a computer, smartphone, or tablet along with a stable internet connection. Basic proficiency in written English is essential for this position.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level role where comprehensive training is provided. Prior live chat experience is not required, and we welcome candidates who are just starting their customer service career.
