What you will be doing: You'll spend your time responding to live chat messages on business websites and social media platforms. Your responsibilities include answering customer questions, sharing relevant product links, and communicating available promotions or discounts to customers.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer that can handle social media and website chat platforms. Self-motivation and the ability to work without constant supervision are essential. Following detailed instructions and protocols consistently is important for success. You should have at least 5+ hours per week available to commit. A stable internet connection is required.
