Remote Chat Support Level 1 - Entry Level

We're seeking someone to join a customer support team that genuinely cares about solving problems. This isn't transactional work, it's about listening to what customers actually need and finding real solutions that work. The focus is on helping people navigate challenges they're facing, not just pushing products. You'll be part of a group that takes pride in going the extra mile for every customer interaction.

What you will be doing: You'll respond to customer inquiries through live chat, fielding questions that come through websites and social media platforms. Some conversations will be from existing customers needing technical help, while others will be from prospects interested in learning more about what's offered.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Access to a device that can run social media and website chat platforms, whether that's a phone, tablet, or laptop. You should be comfortable working without constant supervision. Following detailed instructions precisely matters in this role. You'll need at least 10 hours per week available to commit. A stable internet connection is essential.

Hours per week: 10+ hours a week

Location: Remote work available globally, with preference for United States based applicants.
