Remote Chat Support (Entry Level)

We're filling multiple positions for chat support specialists across the United States. In this role, you'll handle incoming customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat channels. Work completely remotely from anywhere with an internet connection, giving you the flexibility to manage your own schedule.

What you will be doing: You'll complete an onboarding program to familiarize yourself with the platform and processes. Your day-to-day work involves logging into chat systems to address customer questions covering both technical support and sales inquiries. You'll receive comprehensive documentation with answers to frequently asked questions and ongoing guidance whenever you need it.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Access to a compatible device for chat and web browsing such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail when following established procedures. Minimum 10 hours per week available to commit. Stable, dependable internet connection required.

Hours per week: 10+ hours per week
