Remote Chat Support Specialist (Entry Level / No Experience)

We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented chat support specialist to handle customer interactions through digital channels. In this position, you'll manage both incoming and outgoing communications via Facebook Messenger and similar platforms, while also scheduling appointments into our system. Your day-to-day work happens entirely online, with zero face-to-face interaction required. You'll respond to customer inquiries, share relevant resources, and help guide customers toward booking times that work for them. This is a fully remote opportunity, meaning you can work from anywhere with an internet connection.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: A working laptop, phone, or tablet is essential, along with a stable internet connection. You'll need solid written English communication skills to represent the business professionally in chat conversations.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with comprehensive training provided. Previous chat support experience is not required, and we welcome candidates starting their careers in customer service.
