Remote Assistance Specialist (Entry Level / No Prior Experience Required)

Are you organized and detail-oriented? We need remote chat support specialists to handle customer interactions across multiple platforms. Work from your preferred location and manage your own schedule with flexible hours.

What you will be doing: You'll respond to incoming chat messages from customers, answer their questions accurately, share relevant product links, and inform them about current promotions and special offers. Your primary focus will be delivering timely, helpful responses through website chat and social media messaging systems.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer for managing chat platforms. Comfortable working independently without constant supervision. Strong ability to follow guidelines and written procedures. At least 5+ hours of availability weekly. Stable internet connection required.

Hours per week: 5 - 40 hours a week

Location: Remote work from anywhere, United States applicants preferred.
