We're looking for part-time Operations Chat Support Representatives to provide customer assistance through live chat. No prior experience is necessary, and comprehensive training will be provided. The hourly rate starts at $25, with positions available for qualified candidates.
In this role, you'll handle incoming customer messages through live chat, addressing questions about products and services. You'll have access to a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and answers to help you deliver consistent, high-quality support.
What you will be doing: You'll work as a live chat support specialist, managing customer inquiries from your device. Log in at the beginning of your shift, respond to incoming messages as they arrive, and log out when your hours are complete. You have the flexibility to set your own schedule, and you'll receive daily payment for your work.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or laptop with reliable internet connectivity. You should be comfortable working independently and following detailed instructions precisely. A minimum of 5 hours per week availability is required, along with the ability to access both social media and website chat platforms.
Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours per week
Location: Remote position, work from anywhere online. Candidates based in the United States are preferred.
