We're seeking a customer service representative to join our remote team. Your primary responsibility will be delivering thoughtful, helpful responses to customer inquiries and concerns. Many organizations today are building distributed teams of work-from-home professionals. In this role, you'll support customers by answering their questions, troubleshooting issues, exploring possible solutions, and when needed, escalating matters through chat or email channels.
What you will be doing: You'll work as a live chat representative, responding to customer messages on websites and social media platforms. Your day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, sharing relevant product links, and communicating available promotions and special offers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: You'll need a computer, phone, or tablet with reliable internet access and the ability to engage with website chat systems and social media platforms. Self-direction and the ability to follow detailed instructions are essential. Plan on having 7 hours of availability each day, and a stable internet connection is required.
Hours per day: 7 hours a day
