No Phone Customer Service (Remote / No Experience / Part Time)

Interested in a flexible remote position that lets you interact with customers through messaging? We're expanding our support team and looking for chat-based customer service representatives to join us.

In this role, you'll handle incoming chat inquiries from customers visiting websites and social media platforms. Your day-to-day tasks include answering questions, sharing product details, and resolving customer concerns in real time.

No background in customer service required, we'll train you from the ground up to succeed. What matters most is a positive attitude, solid communication skills, and the ability to type with speed and accuracy.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: Fluent English communication is essential, and you should have experience navigating Facebook groups. Reliability and independence are key, as you'll manage conversations without constant oversight.

Skills/background needed: These positions are entry-level, so comprehensive training is included in your onboarding. Previous social media or customer support experience is not necessary to apply.
