We're looking for Chat Support Clerks to serve as the first point of contact when customers and members reach out with questions. Your main responsibility will be responding to live chat messages and emails with thoughtful, helpful service. You'll need to understand what people are asking for and send back clear, accurate answers quickly.
Contract length: Ongoing, no set end date.
Rate: $30 per hour.
Skills/background needed: You'll need a computer, phone, or tablet that can run web browsers and access chat platforms. Strong ability to work without supervision. Comfort following detailed instructions precisely. At least 10 hours per week available. Fast, consistent internet connection required.
Hours per week: 10 to 40 hours weekly.
Location: Remote position from anywhere (US candidates preferred).
