We're looking for friendly and enthusiastic Live Chat Agents to handle customer interactions through our web-based messaging platform. In this role, you'll respond to customer questions about wheels and tires, share product details, and help schedule service appointments through real-time chat conversations.
This is a fully remote position where all your work happens online. You'll use platforms like Facebook Messenger to engage with customers on our website and social channels. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training to get you up to speed quickly.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You'll need a working laptop, phone, or tablet along with a stable internet connection. Basic written English communication skills are essential for this position.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level opportunity, so we train candidates from the ground up. Prior chat support experience is not required to apply.
