Live Chat Customer Service Representative (Work at Home)

We're looking for a Live Chat Customer Service Representative to join a remote team. You'll be the frontline voice for customers, handling inquiries and concerns through live chat and email. Your interactions will directly influence how customers view the brand, making this role essential to our success.

Your day-to-day will involve responding to customer messages, addressing their questions with helpful solutions, and keeping interactions professional and friendly. You'll need strong communication abilities, solid multitasking skills, and the composure to stay focused when things get busy. Prior customer service experience is a bonus, but we'll provide thorough training to get you up to speed.

What you'll be doing: Responding to customer messages on chat platforms and email, answering questions, sharing relevant product links, and communicating available promotions or discounts.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Access to a device that can handle web chat and social media functions, such as a phone, tablet, or laptop. Ability to work without supervision. Willingness to follow instructions carefully and consistently. At least 5 hours available per week. Dependable high-speed internet.

Hours per week: 5 - 40 hours a week

Location: Remote work online, United States preferred.
