What you will be doing: You'll access social media platforms and chat systems to respond to incoming customer messages. Some questions will come from people who've already purchased and need help with their order, while others will be from interested shoppers asking about products or services. Training will cover all the different scenarios you might encounter.

Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You'll need a reliable device like a smartphone, tablet, or computer that can handle social media and web chat platforms. Work well independently while following detailed guidelines. Comfortable with at least 5 hours of availability each week. Strong, consistent internet connection required.
