In this role, you'll be the first line of support for customers reaching out through live chat who need technical help. Your day-to-day work includes handling chat messages as they arrive, documenting interactions in our system, and using available resources to troubleshoot and fix problems quickly. Making customers happy by solving their issues fast and thoroughly is what success looks like in this position.
Strong attention to detail, solid written communication, and comfort with basic technical concepts will help you thrive here. This is a great chance to build experience in customer support while working with a team that values quick problem-solving and customer care.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: A working laptop, phone, or tablet with dependable internet access is essential. You'll also need to write clearly in English at a basic level or better.
Skills/background needed: This is a starter position in live chat support, so comprehensive training gets you up to speed. No previous paid chat support experience is required to apply.
