Home Based Live Chat Support (Non Voice / Entry Level)

Are you a natural communicator who can make customers feel heard and valued? We're looking for detail-oriented individuals who genuinely enjoy helping people through written conversation. In this position, you'll connect with customers daily, answering their questions and ensuring they get the most out of their experience with us.

What you will be doing: You'll serve as a chat and email support specialist, handling customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues to help people succeed with their business management needs. Your goal will be to provide clear, helpful guidance that keeps customers satisfied and confident.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: A working laptop, phone, or tablet is necessary, along with a stable internet connection. You'll also need competent English writing skills to communicate effectively with customers.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position, and comprehensive training is included. No previous live chat experience is required to apply.

Location: Remote work available globally, with preference for United States based candidates.
