We're hiring a Live Chat Agent to join our support team. In this role, you'll handle real-time customer conversations through chat software on various websites. Your main focus will be delivering outstanding support while managing multiple conversations simultaneously. The ability to remain composed and upbeat when busy is essential. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided to help you succeed from day one.
What you will be doing: Your primary responsibility will be responding to incoming live chat messages across websites and social media platforms. You'll answer customer inquiries, share product links, and inform customers about current promotions and special offers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You'll need a computer, tablet, or smartphone to access chat platforms and social media. Independent work capability is crucial. You must be comfortable following detailed instructions precisely. A minimum of 5 hours weekly availability is required. You'll also need dependable internet connectivity throughout your shifts.
Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours a week
