Entry Level Support Specialist

We're looking for an Entry Level Support Specialist to provide customer assistance through digital channels. In this position, you'll handle customer inquiries, deliver product information, process special offers, and help drive sales through responsive and friendly online communication.

This is a fully remote role where you'll interact with customers entirely through text-based platforms like Facebook Messenger and website live chat. There's no need for phone calls or in-person meetings, everything happens online from wherever you are located.

Your day-to-day work involves responding to customer messages on business websites and social media channels. You'll answer questions about products, share relevant sales links, inform customers about current promotions, and provide the support needed to move sales forward.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: A working laptop, phone, or tablet with dependable internet access is essential. You'll also need solid written communication skills in English.

Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with comprehensive training included. No previous live chat experience is necessary to succeed in this role.

Location: Work from anywhere with an internet connection, fully remote across the globe, United States preferred.
