Entry Level Chat Support Representative - Work at Home

This position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and technical support via live chat channels. You'll handle incoming customer questions and work through technical problems following established guidelines. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to think through problems quickly are critical to success here. Contract length: Ongoing, no set end date

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Access to a reliable device for using website chat and social media platforms, whether that's a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Comfortable working without direct supervision. Willingness to follow detailed instructions and procedures carefully. Minimum 5+ hours per week available. Stable high-speed internet connection required.

Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly, flexible scheduling

Location: Work from home anywhere with internet access, US-based candidates preferred.
