We're looking for Email and Chat Support Executives to handle customer inquiries across multiple channels. In this position, you'll spend your time answering customer emails and engaging in live chat conversations, working to solve problems and point people toward the right solutions. Part of your day will involve walking customers through how to use products effectively.
To excel here, you'll need strong writing and communication abilities that help you connect naturally with customers. Familiarity with popular social media platforms is important, as is the ability to use those tools comfortably when interacting with users online.
Contract length: Open-ended, no fixed end date
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer that can handle social media and chat platforms. You should be self-directed and capable of working without constant supervision. Following detailed procedures and instructions is essential to the role. A minimum of 5 hours per week availability is required. You must have dependable internet connectivity.
Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly
Location: Fully remote position, ideally based in the United States.
