Customer Support Agent - Fully Remote (Immediate Start)

A Customer Support Agent position is now available to provide exceptional service to customers across multiple touchpoints. You'll handle incoming questions and troubleshoot problems using email, chat, and phone communication channels.

This role is entirely virtual, so there's no need for in-person interactions. Your work will focus on online conversations through platforms like Facebook Messenger. Since this is a fully remote position, you have the flexibility to work from anywhere with an internet connection.

As a live chat specialist, you'll spend your time responding to customer messages on company websites and social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include answering common questions, sharing relevant product links, and communicating special offers to customers.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: A laptop, phone, or tablet is necessary, along with a stable internet connection. Proficiency in written English at a foundational level is required.

Skills/background needed: This position is designed for entry-level candidates, so comprehensive training will be provided. Previous experience in live chat support is not required to succeed in this role.
