Customer Success Agent

What you will be doing: In this role, you'll handle incoming live chat conversations on client websites and social media platforms. Your daily tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, sharing relevant product links, and communicating promotional offers to enhance customer satisfaction.

Contract length: Ongoing, no set end date

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You'll need reliable access to a device that supports social media and web chat platforms, whether that's a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously are essential. You must follow detailed guidelines and protocols consistently. A minimum of 5 hours per week availability is required, along with a stable internet connection.

Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly

Location Remote position available to candidates in the United States.
