We're looking for Customer Service Team Members to join our support operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries through multiple channels, such as email tickets, live chat conversations, phone support, and IT helpdesk assistance.
What you will be doing: You'll respond to customer messages in real time through our live chat system, fielding questions, sharing relevant product information, directing customers to purchase options, and communicating available promotions.
Contract length: Open-ended, no set duration
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer that supports web chat platforms and social media access. Self-motivation and the ability to work without constant supervision are essential. You should be comfortable following detailed guidelines and instructions precisely. A minimum of 5 hours weekly availability is required. A stable internet connection is necessary for this position.
Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly
Location: Fully remote, online based (candidates in the United States are preferred).
