We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to provide live chat support for an e-commerce business. Your primary responsibility will be addressing customer inquiries, including questions about products, order exchanges, and return procedures.
This position offers the flexibility of remote work with straightforward, manageable tasks.

What you will be doing: You'll be the friendly voice helping customers navigate their shopping experience through a live chat platform. Whether they're looking for promotional codes or need clarification on refund policies, you'll have the resources to assist them effectively. A comprehensive FAQ document will be at your fingertips, and your supervisor is always available when you encounter more complex situations.

Contract length: Ongoing, flexible arrangement

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You'll need a reliable device with internet access to manage chat conversations (smartphone, tablet, or computer work equally well).
Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision.
Comfortable following detailed procedures and guidelines.
Must have at least 20 hours per week available for work.
Strong, dependable internet connection required.
Hours per week: 20 to 40 hours weekly
