Customer Support Representative (Remote / Chat / Entry Level)

This entry-level Customer Support Representative position focuses on delivering excellent service to customers through multiple channels. Your core responsibilities will include responding promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat, collaborating with support teams to learn best practices and deepen product knowledge, and handling customer requests such as returns, reorders, and new orders. You'll also manage administrative tasks including data entry for orders and claims, generating shipping documentation, and coordinating sample order requests.
