What you will be doing: In this live chat assistant position, you'll handle incoming customer messages across website chat platforms and social media channels. Your responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, sharing relevant product information, and helping customers find promotional offers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Access to a device that supports social media and website chat platforms, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Capacity to work without direct supervision. Willingness to follow established procedures and guidelines closely. Minimum availability of 5 or more hours weekly. Stable, high-speed internet connection required.
Hours per week: 5 - 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work online, United States preferred.
