Customer Service Agent - No Phone (Fully Remote)

We're seeking a motivated individual ready to make an impact on our Customer Experience team.
Working under the direction of a Customer Service Supervisor, you'll coordinate with Marketing and Operations to deliver exceptional support across all customer touchpoints.

This position is entirely text-based with no voice interactions required.
Your communication will happen through online channels like Facebook Messenger and live chat platforms.
You'll support various businesses by responding to customer inquiries in real-time across their websites and social channels.

As a fully remote opportunity, you have the flexibility to work from anywhere with an internet connection.
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong written communication abilities and the creativity to solve problems in innovative ways.
Your day-to-day work involves engaging with customers through live chat, answering their questions, sharing relevant product information, and helping them take advantage of available offers.

This includes responding to inquiries, directing customers to resources, and communicating promotional opportunities.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: A working laptop, phone, or tablet is essential, along with a stable internet connection.
You'll need functional English writing skills at minimum.

Skills/background needed: This role is designed for entry-level candidates, with comprehensive training provided as part of onboarding.
Previous experience in live chat support is not necessary.
