Customer Operations Associate

We're seeking reliable, detail-oriented professionals with customer service experience and excellent communication skills for a live chat support position. You'll handle real-time customer interactions by responding to messages on websites and social platforms, helping customers find answers and offering promotional opportunities.

What you will be doing: In this role, you'll manage incoming live chat requests, addressing customer inquiries, providing relevant product information, sharing special offers, and delivering prompt, friendly service across multiple digital channels. 

Contract length: Ongoing, no end date specified

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer to access chat platforms and social media interfaces. Self-motivation and the ability to work without direct supervision are essential. Strong attention to detail and the capacity to follow established procedures is required. A minimum of 5 hours weekly availability and stable internet access are necessary. 

Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly, flexible scheduling

Location: 100% remote position, based in the United States preferred.
