Customer Experience Chat Agent (Remote)

We're seeking a Customer Experience Chat Agent to deliver exceptional support across multiple channels. In this role, you'll engage with customers through email, live chat, and social media, addressing their concerns with speed and accuracy while maintaining professional brand standards. Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You'll need a working device with internet access to support website chat and social media platforms, whether that's a phone, tablet, or laptop. Strong ability to work autonomously, follow detailed instructions precisely, and maintain a reliable connection. Minimum 20+ hours per week availability required.
