What you will be doing: In this role, you'll respond to customer inquiries through live chat on websites and social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include answering questions, sharing relevant product links, and communicating promotional offers to customers.

Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You'll need a computer, smartphone, or tablet with internet access to handle chat and social media communications. Strong ability to work without constant supervision is essential. Attention to detail and the capacity to follow detailed procedures are important. You should have at least 5 hours weekly available for work. A stable, high-speed internet connection is required.
Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly
Location: Entirely remote, based online, United States candidates preferred.
