Looking for a Client Service Representative to provide excellent support through live chat! In this role, you'll help customers find the right solutions while contributing to our growth.

What you will be doing: You'll spend your time responding to live chat inquiries on websites and social media platforms. Your day involves addressing customer concerns, sharing relevant product information, and presenting special offers to assist clients in their purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers about available products and services
Identify and reach out to interested prospects
Meet established sales goals within specified timeframes
Address and resolve customer concerns professionally
Schedule follow-up conversations to keep customers informed
Develop promotional content to share with potential buyers

Contract length: Flexible, no fixed end date

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer for chat and social media use. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Comfort following clear guidelines and processes. At least 5 hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet connection required.

Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours per week

Location: Remote position, online based (United States preferred).
