Chat Support Specialist (Remote / No Experience)

We're hiring Entry Level Chat Support Specialists to help customers with questions about our products and services.

You'll handle customer inquiries, suggest solutions to common problems, and help users understand how to use different features.

Multiple positions are open for candidates in the United States. Due to strong demand, entry-level applicants can earn $30 per hour.

What the role involves: You'll log into the chat platform and answer routine customer questions from your remote location. Common topics include pricing details, return information, and promotional codes.

Complete training is included, and you'll be ready to start in less than a day.

Contract terms: Flexible, ongoing work with no end date

Compensation: $30 per hour

Requirements:

• Access to a working device for chat and web browsing, such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail when following guidelines.
• Minimum 10 hours per week available to work.
• Stable, high-speed internet connection.

Time commitment: 10 to 40 hours weekly

Work arrangement: Fully remote, based in the United States.
