In this customer service position, you'll be the primary contact for customers reaching out through email and live chat. Your role is to deliver helpful, courteous support that addresses their questions and concerns in a professional manner.
What you will be doing: You'll start with a brief onboarding period to learn the ropes and understand the business operations. From there, your day-to-day work involves logging into the platform's chat system and responding to customer inquiries, which may range from technical support to sales questions. Reference materials covering frequently asked questions will be provided, and you'll have ongoing support from colleagues whenever you need guidance.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer that can handle web browsers and chat applications. Strong independent work habits are essential. You should be comfortable following detailed procedures and guidelines. A minimum of 8 hours of daily availability and a stable internet connection are required.
