We're seeking entry-level chat support specialists to help manage customer communications for a gaming brand. In this role, you'll maintain professional standards while responding to customer inquiries promptly and thoroughly. You should be genuinely interested in delivering great service, have strong attention to detail, and feel comfortable navigating various online chat platforms.
What you will be doing: You'll spend your time responding to live chat messages across platforms like YouTube and Twitch. Your day-to-day tasks will include answering customer questions, sharing relevant sales resources, and communicating available promotional offers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You'll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer to access chat and social media functions. Work well independently with minimal supervision. Follow written instructions and processes carefully. Have at least 5+ hours per week available. Maintain a stable internet connection.
Hours per week: 5 - 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
